As the 2010 local and state primary elections get closer and you start to think who you should vote for in the many different races you always want to vote for a person who is not only honest, but has unyielding personal integrity and character.     This is true for all of our elected officials, public servants and most of all...the Judges who sit in our court rooms and pass judgement on so many others based on the law of our land.

       So having a person of high integrity and self-character as a Judge is a must if we want Fair and Unbias courtrooms in our land !  Thus it seems amazing to me that only the President's appointments to our Supreme Court are these future Judges in our court system judged themselves.     The rest of our lower court judges like County Associate Judges our placed on the court bench by just being elected in typical party politics instead of looking into their personal backgrounds and life choices.    So to be a Judge all you have to do is get a Law Degree and then win an political election to be able to pass down judgement on your fellow citizens ?

       How do we know anything about the personal integrity and character of this Judge?     How will we know they will be fair and treat EVERYBODY as equals under the law?    With no hearings or even real background checks of this person, we really don't know anything about him/her except what they have told us to be true about themselves.    We don't know if their life background was full of truths or lies?    We don't really know anything about their integrity or character !    So like a good politician, they may pass themselves  off to the public as great moral rightious people in the community , but have a history of being something the complete opposite in their personal life.      All of which then effects how they judge others in their courtroom !

       So with this in mind I felt the need to share some of the facts in the background of a judge canidate in the Dallas County, Mo 2010 associate judge election.....I have known this person since we were in Jr.High School and his lack of character and his actions since then to now warrant alot of concern if this man is fit to be a Judge or not !

      The man i'm speaking of is Randolph Blosch and his story should be told before the voters decide if he has the personal integrity and character to be a judge in their district.....I will tell you about all of my experiences with Randy Blosch in my next entry....you will want to read it and you wont believe it. but I will only say what I know are facts and leave my opinion out of the next entry.....

        And if for some reason something happens to me and this never get's finished....you can guess who the main person of interst will be !......RLB
