Hello to all my fitness loving friends!

Today Kevin and I met up at Phelps Grove park here in Springfield to take pictures of me on my motorcycle. I had a blast on my Buell Blast! Hopefully, the pics will be up soon so you guys can see me show my stuff. Make sure you get a copy of the new dvd too. You'll get a chance to see the behind the scenes look at how Nyssa works it out, plus a few more surprises you'll just have to find out! I just want to say a big thank you to everyone on this site for your support and motivation. You guys are awesome! You have no idea what a thrill it is to have you here. I feel so blessed and thankful to have you on the team. I know that life has big plans for me, and the best is yet to come!!!
